A forgotten and old grape variety from the Penedès region.
The production method of this wine is similar like the method of an “orange wine” which is called the Brizat technique. This wine has a straw yellow color with a bright and clear character. It has smoky aroma sensations together with fresh citrus notes. The smell reminds us of white fruit blossoms too. We tried to let the grape stand out in this wine therefore we vinified it in steel tanks without aging in wood barrels. In the mouth, it gives you sensations of pink grapefruit, gooseberry, and lemon. It has a full mouth and long persistence.
